SPYNAMICS - Other possible Positions
Other Positions / Exercises for different Problems:
There are other positions and exercises possible when using the Spynamics Sacro Aligner.
As Alternative for the Sacrum and Spine positions in a lying position users who have difficulties doing that may do the exercises in a standing position.
The aligner is positioned against the flat part of a door-frame and the body is leaning against the aligner so it is pressed stable against the frame and kept in place.
In the Sacrum position (same as the lying down position) the hands are pressed onto the other side of the door frame while swinging relaxed with one leg (» alternate the swinging leg)
» In the thoracic area lean backwards against the humps of the aligner while swinging with both arms alternate. (change positions along the spine!)
Breathe normal and stay relaxed!
Sitting Positions:
It is also possible to use the Spynamics Sacro Aligner as sitting aid to improve the sitting position and re-train the Pelvis when seated. (On any seat like office chair, dining chair, car etc.)
Sit onto the Spynamics Sacro Aligner with the Humps backwards and the Head towards the front so that your pubic bone is just touching the Head.
You can stay there as long as desired but should remove the Spynamics Sacro Aligner if you feel too much discomfort or pain.
Recommended are 15 to 20 Minutes (several times during the day) (even longer but only after you are used to the position - just try it)
» Get yours now and try it out to be amazed about the difference in sitting with and without the Spynamics Sacro Aligner.
The Spynamics Sacro Aligner can also be used while sitting on the floor e.g. while doing Yoga / Meditation, and allows a comfortable upright sitting position without forcing the body into a Lotus-Sitting position!
Sitting on the floor without the Spynamics Sacro Aligner (left side photo above)
When doing (Yoga) Meditation on the floor the Spine should be kept upright in order to have the Spinal energy flowing properly which is quite an effort without a sitting aid. It can be achieved with the so-called Lotus sitting position but this position is hard to do and may lead to misalignments in the knee and ankle joints! Without concentration the Position is sloughed and Pelvis tilted. Sitting Bone is pressing hard onto seat. Sacrum is having no support.
Sitting on the floor with the Spynamics Sacro Aligner (right side photo above)
The Spine is straight without effort and the Spinal energy can flow freely.
The user can focus on the Meditation and must no longer concentrate on keeping an upright posture!
Without concentration the Position is upright and Pelvis stabilized.
Sitting Bone is elevated.
Sacrum is supported.
» Note: The Spynamics Sacro Aligner should not be used as permanent sitting aid but rather as therapeutic sitting tool for 10 to 20 minutes (best several time daily) to avoid body reactions (healing reactions).
Additional Uses of the Spynamics Sacro Aligner:
It is also possible to use the Spynamics Sacro Aligner in combination with a Chi Machine.
Any Chi Machine is OK for that purpose.
Use it only for approx. 5 minutes (best several times a day).
» Note: It is recommended to do the Dorn Method Hip Self Therapy Exercise after the use of a Chi Machine to ensure a proper position of the hip-joint.
See Photos below:
» Instead of a Chi Machine you may ask somebody (Family or Friend) to do similar movements.
The Partner grabs the legs by the ankles and swings them gently side to side!
For a few minutes only!
